General Information for Exhibitor Applicants
Continuing the tradition of the original Fan Fair, the epicenter of today’s CMA Fest is Fan Fair X inside Music City Center, bringing fans and artists together like no other festival can. Enjoy artist/fan interactions, live music stages, lifestyle exhibits, shopping, live broadcasts and more!
GENERAL APPLICATION INFORMATION
- No applicants are guaranteed exhibit space.
- Previous participation does not guarantee exhibit space.
- All applications will be reviewed for relevance to attendees & event.

*NOTE: Exhibit must be staffed during all published show hours of Fan Fair X.

- Trade associations dedicated to a specific genre of music
- Non-profits that are not already affiliated with the CMA Foundation and/or CMA

The Industry Application is for any company or entity whose business is within the Country Music industry or appeals to those within the Country Music fan community.

The Marketplace is a curated, family- friendly shopping experience at Fan Fair X located inside the Music City Center. The Marketplace is intended for independent merchants to sell their products and is not intended for national brands, regional brands or organizations/companies that wish to showcase their products without retail functionality.
